A New Performance Optimization Method for Linear Motor Feeding System

چکیده

The linear motor feeding system is a typical electromechanical coupling system. Conventional characteristic analyses of often overlook the influence flexible deformation in critical components Moreover, when employing genetic algorithms to optimize servo PID control parameters, slow convergence, nonconvergence, or premature convergence problems may arise. To address these issues, this paper proposes new performance optimization method for uses combination “multi-body theory + finite element” accurately account system, establishes rigid–flexible model and optimizes parameters established with an improved adaptive algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate that, utilizing algorithm that disregards body deformation, achieves stability 0.02 s 0.027 overshoots 13% 27%, respectively. These outcomes confirm accuracy importance considering At same time, time required reach steady state optimized by shortened from 0.035 s. sinusoidal signal response curve does not exhibit any peak overshoot compared nonoptimized speed also faster. effectiveness nonlinear displacement curves under different workbench loads are obtained through experiments those simulations verify correctness proposed method.
